At the south end of the trail, there are four accessible parking spaces in the paved parking lot off Holden Avenue. They are all van-accessible and have striped access aisles. The trail surface is paved and smooth. In most cases, it is at least 4 feet wide with many wider passing spaces. The entire trail is estimated to be in the flat grade category of 1% or less. If you visit Cypress Grove Park in Orlando, you should be aware of a few of its rules. As a rule, all vehicles, bicycles, skateboards, and rollerblades must stay in designated areas and obey all Florida traffic laws. There are designated areas only for swimming, fishing, and boating. While all glass objects are prohibited in swimming areas and scuba diving is not allowed. Most importantly, please do not disturb, injure, trap, or harass any wild animals here at Cypress Grove Park.
