This community is frequently classified under Boca Raton’s umbrella term, even though it is not officially part of the city. The community is located immediately to the west of Boca Raton. It covers a total area of 6.9 km2 (2.7 mi2), of which 6.4 km2 (2.5 mi2) is land and 0.5 km2 (0.2 mi2) is water (6.74%).
Hamptons at Boca Raton is bounded by Yamato Road to the north, Glades Road to the south, US-441 S to the west, and Florida’s Turnpike to the east. It is bordered by Whisper Walk to the north, Boca Raton to the east, Sandalfoot Cove to the south and Mission Bay to the west. Within Hamptons at Boca Raton is sub neighborhood of Brentwood of Boca. Glade Roads serves as the commercial thoroughfare.
