Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Busch Gardens, located in Tampa, is a 335-acre family entertainment and adventure park with an African theme. It features thrill rides, live music and concerts, and a wide variety of exotic animals in their natural habitat settings. You can go on a safari to observe animals grazing on the plains with reproductions of African villages and camps, and one of the most popular options is the Serengeti Night Safari. One can get up close and personal with some of the park’s most popular residents, such as sloths and flamingos, as well as feed kangaroos and giraffes from their hands, watch park employees care for their patients at the Animal Care Center, and watch as they hand-feed kangaroos and giraffes. These are just some of the special animal encounters that are available.

Busch Gardens in Tampa is best renowned for its roller coasters, which provide an extreme thrill experience, but the park offers a wide selection of fun things to do, including child rides and water rides. However, the park is best recognized for its roller coasters. Busch Gardens offers a number of different ticketing choices, such as multi-park passes and packages that include food options inside the park.

Experience the adrenaline rush that comes with racing on the ALL-NEW Rapids Racer! A two-person raft is given to each rider before they begin their side-by-side competition down a slide that is approximately 600 feet long. Along the way, riders will meet low walls that will force them to compete with one another. This spectacular ride is filled with high-speed tunnels, curves, and more, and it amplifies the thrill of the chase when passengers swirl past the world’s first dueling saucers at various points along the route.

Wahoo Remix, formerly known as Wahoo Run, is the first water slide at Adventure Island to integrate synchronized light and sound elements. It offers a brand-new, high-energy, family raft ride experience with ultimate party vibes. As riders speed through more than 600 feet of exhilaration, enclosed tunnels that were once pitch black light and groove with excitement.

THE WORLD’S FASTEST AND STEEPEST HYBRID COASTER, AS WELL AS NORTH AMERICA’S TALLEST ONE. The Iron Gwazi roller coaster takes thrills to new heights by plummeting riders from a peak that is 206 feet tall into a drop that has an angle of 91 degrees and reaches top speeds of 76 miles per hour. As they sink their teeth into crocodile-inspired thrills, riders on Iron Gwazi will experience a dozen airtime moments, including three inversions of the ride’s iconic crocodile.
